Return policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. All items are eligible for return EXCEPT FOR GLASS AND CERAMIC as stated in the specific item descriptions.
To start a return, you can contact us at hatemail.design@gmail.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Shipping
Orders are expected to ship within 0-4 days of the placed order, but may take up to 5 days given delays in mail, weather, etc. Custom / bulk orders maybe take up to 2 weeks to ship.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Restocks
Restocks are processed based on evaluation of demand and sustainability. If you want an item restocked, let us know! You can reach out to us via the Contact page or at hatemail.design@gmail.com
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
